The Lady NC Top 80 and Lady Freshman 40 is quickly approaching, and we are gearing up for what should be a historic day for Phenom Hoops and Lady Phenom. The first of many events on the girl's side, and we can't wait to see all the talent on display at the event.

This is why we are looking to bring the best of the best as far as staff. Meet Justin Clarke, as he has been selected for the Lady NC Top 80. Learn more about him.

Coach Clarke started at North Carolina Central University learning as a Graduate Assistant under Head Coach Henry Dickerson. After some time at West Charlotte High school, he received his first Head Coaching opportunity at Garinger high school. In just two years, he led the program to its first playoff appearance in 20 years (since 2003). Other milestones broken while there included winning more than 5 conference games since 2003, developing its first all-conference players in seven years, first conference tournament win since 2003 and the program's first double digit win season since 2003.

In his first year at South Meck High School, he led the Lady Sabres to an undefeated conference record winning both the regular season and conference tournament championships including a sweet 16 NCHSAA playoff appearance with a 24-5 record. He was also selected as the 2022-23 Charlotte Observer Coach of the year in the SoMeck conference and the head coach of the Queen city all-star game. He has been the recruiting director for team Curry organization for the last four years.
