Harris is a triple-threat scoring option that can take over a game in a flash. A fierce competitor with a high IQ and understanding when it’s time to turn up the heat and be that dog. Very efficient long-range bomber but the speed off the bounce or the open court is wicked. Hayden has a nice mid-range game and can post up with his back to the basket to be a punisher. But he is explosive attacking that rim and a fierce finisher with a look out below furious rim rocking power jams.  Hayden takes a lot of pride in his defense as a rim protector and a shot blocker. He patrols the paint as well as any big I have seen all year. Hayden’s timing and anticipation is off the charts. He can be flat-out ruthless in blocking shots. Hayden plays with nonstop energy and doesn’t mind physical play finding a way to power through on both ends, with his speed to defend 1-5. With his length, speed, and timing he can be a real problem for opposing teams on both ends. Hayden’s biggest improvement is added strength. Adding 20 pounds of muscle since last season without losing speed or athletic ability but it helped him become more explosive and able to impose his will on any defender and make them his poster. Hayden’s goals going into the season were to continue to improve as a player as he prepares himself for the next level. The tournament goal is to help his team win the region. He is off to a great start impacting every game averaging 18 points and 6.5 rebounds a game while playing tough gritty defense. For any player entering that lane beware Hayden is coming. Even getting shots off from outside if he locks in, it could be a long night.  Coaches should know Hayden’s versatility and defensive swagger to defend 1-5 set him apart from the pack. Add that to his athletic scoring ability and speed Hayden is a match-up nightmare. That length is a killer. No coach will go wrong betting on this young star. Best part is Hayden is coachable with a high ceiling. Makes adjustments quickly and can be counted on to be the leader out there.

Height: 6’4 , 184
Class of 2026
School: Parkersburg High School

Anderson is a slasher and gritty board-getter and defender. Loves getting in the seams catching the ball on the move and creating for himself and others. Luke’s size allows him to maneuver well in the post and is strong enough to get almost any shot he wants.  He is electric getting to the rim and solid mid-range. He is relentless on the boards, a walking double-double. Tough kid who loves defense and rebounding most of all. Luke says give me the dirty work and I’ll make my living there.  Luke is a vocal leader with his quickness and size he can defend 1-5. During the AAU session, Luke averaged 16 points, 12 rebounds, 7 assists, and 2 blocks per game. Luke’s favorite highlight was his first in-game dunk. Luke’s biggest accomplishment was being blessed to play against great talent and excel. The biggest improvements were his offensive moves in the paint, better ball-handling skills against tough competition and his leadership on the court. Luke’s goal for the upcoming season is to help get his team to the State Championship while improving his shot accuracy in the paint and being more aggressive under the basket. What coaches should know is Luke’s ability to guard any player at any position because of his speed and length. Luke has a high IQ that gives him great court vision and awareness. Strong work ethic with a passion and drive to be better every single day.  This young star just loves this game and you see the evidence every time he hits that floor. But this gem understands he also has to excel in the classroom with a 3.9 GPA. Focus and fire understanding it’s his performance that will open the doors on the court and in the classroom.

Player: Parker King

Class of 2025
School: Heritage High School, TN

King is a three-point sniper. As a bigger guard, he can get shots off effectively. Always a spot-up specialist with a high IQ. A solid defensive player as well with nice court vision. Last season Parker averaged 8 points a game. During the AAU session he increased his average to 11 points a game. Parker’s biggest improvement was becoming bigger and stronger before the season. Parker’s biggest memory is having 23 points vs. Halls going 6/7 from three and 14 points in the 4th to pull out the big win.  The goal for this season is to average 15 points a game and win the district tournament. Parker’s work ethic sets him apart. If he isn’t working out or playing ball, he watches film to develop an even better IQ as a student of the game.

Player: Jacob Spurlock

Height: 6’3, 180
Class of 2026
School: Boyd County High School

Spurlock is a walking bucket. A prolific triple-threat scoring machine. Jacob has a silky-smooth touch from downtown and can light it up in a flash. A nasty mid-range as well to go along with crafty handles. Jacob also puts in the work on the boards. High energy non-stop motor is very evident. He can mix it up on defense and drop a few dimes. Last season Jacob averaged 19 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 3.4 assists. Jacob shot a blistering 40 percent from three land. During the AAU session playing in the 3SSB 16 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 assists per game. This season Jacob wants to lead his team to the state tournament. What coaches should know is that Jacob can shoot at a very high level from beyond the arc but can push the ball to teammates out ahead. Extremely high ceiling for this talented young star. Already this season Jacob has elevated his game 43-point explosion, a nice double-double too with 17 points and 11 rebounds. Don’t blink at this stud, he is coming for you, hungry for a championship. Lock him in, it’s going to be a monster season.
