Tedeschi is an electric stud that presents a real problem for opposing defenders. With his size and length alone, he is a tough cover but when you add his speed athleticism and shooting ability, he can be an overwhelming force. This stud can score from almost anywhere or the floor and be lethal from downtown. Play him too tight and he is off to the races with a nasty first step and strong ball-handling ability. Docker is a force finisher once he gets in the seams or aggressively attacks the rim. With his length, he easily elevates over defenders in there. But Docker keeps the defense honest as with his high IQ, he can deliver some sweet dimes to open teammates when the defense tries to adjust to slow him down. Not only does Docker bring efficient shooting, dazzling passing, and strong handles, but he also puts in the work on the boards and plays outstanding defense. Docker takes great pride in his rim-protecting ability and ability to own his area on the defensive end cause he is so versatile as a wing, he can defend 2-5 effectively. A coach’s dream.

Last season Docker averaged 12.7 points, 6.3 rebounds, 1.7 assists, and 5.2 blocks per game while shooting 54 percent from the field and 37 percent from three. Docker’s biggest accomplishment during the AAU session was dropping 40 to help lead his team to a championship win against a VA team in Louisville. Docker’s biggest improvement since last season is his passing and shooting skills. Docker has set a goal to win that state title and is putting in the work to accomplish that as he is performing at a very high level right now at just the right time. So far this season Docker is averaging 16.3 points, 8.4 rebounds, 4.3 assists, 6.5 blocks, and 2 steals per game.while shooting 54 percent from the floor but a blistering 49.1 percent from three. That’s getting it done out there.

What coaches should know is that Docker is the perfect wing who brings size, IQ, and shooting ability who will be perfect and is going to bring energy, hustle, and leadership every second with no plays off. That defense is special and changes games when he locks down the best that comes his way. He loves the challenge of being that guy to compete on the biggest stages living to be clutch and doing everything he needs to do to get that win. Polished and poised he thrives in high-pressure situations.

Docker’s most competitive game came against Pinckneyville in the BIT championship. Understanding they would faceguard him all night, he used his IQ and played to his strengths to impact that game and fueled his teammates with sweet passes to punish the defense they threw at him and got his team the win. At this moment his leadership was massive and his teammates relied on him to make the right game-winning plays and he relied on them to deliver when he did. Docker is the perfect teammate, understanding everyone has to be involved to get the win, and motivates them to always do their best as he gives the perfect example by always giving his best. This chemistry and trust are going to allow this team to make a deep tournament run and give themselves a real shot at reaching the goal of a championship. Keep a watchful eye on this young star and this team.
