6'3 Justice Kithcart has informed Phenom Hoop Report that he will open up his recruitment after head coach Jamie Dixon decided to leave Pitt for TCU, his alma mater. Justice Kithcart of Virginia Episcopal School enjoyed a banner year for coach Curtis Staples. He averaged 24 PPG, 7 APG, and 5 RPG during the season. During the state playoffs, he averaged 28 PPG, 8 APG, and 8 RPG. He made First Team All Conference and First Team All State for the second year in a row.

The four star PG saw his recruitment explode this past summer as he led Team Loaded to Back-to-Back Adidas Championship, including winning the 16U MVP. At our Virginia Top 80 event last year, we wrote,''Time after time Justice Kithcart answers the call, and yet people don't give him his just due. Kithcart has a great frame to go along with a quick first step and the ability to absorb contact in the lane. With all the gifted physical attributes that he possesses, his mentality may be his biggest attribute. Kithcart is full of grit and dog, and plays with a chip on his shoulder every time out on the court.'

Kithcart has stated he is wide open in the recruiting process and will also give the new coaching staff at Pitt an opportunity to recruit him. We expect him to be a hot commodity at the PG position. He plays with a winning attitude and is one of the top competitors in the country.
