What a camp it was at the Phenom Middle School Elite Camp, as Phenom Hoops had over 80 players come and compete, as well as introduce themselves to our platform. We will be writing a lot about several players at the event in what we saw, as these names will certainly be ones to jot down and monitor.

2028 5’9 Draeton Nance has been a regular name on the Phenom Hoops platform, as he has been a standout plenty of times at our Rise to the Occasion events. Now, we got another viewing of the young guard and he continues to find success on the court. Nance is a strong-bodied guard who consistently shows that he can be an offensive weapon on the court. He excels in creating off the dribble and attacking the basket but is confident enough to knock down shots from a variety of levels. He takes contact well and finishes, and you add all that to his motor and hustle on both sides of the ball, Nance is one that can make an impact in a variety of ways and flourishes as a young prospect on the court.

He should continue to be one to watch in the coming years as he develops, as he continues to have strong showing after strong showing at Phenom Hoops events.

“2028 Draeton Nance (Team Fly) continues to be a consistent presence on the court. Strong guard, is able to create and run the offense, score in a variety of ways, but also get others involved. #PhenomRisetotheOccasion”

“Really like what 5’9 2028 Draeton Nance brings to the table. Physical guard who plays both sides of the floor. Uses strength to get downhill & finish thru contact. Unselfish. Makes the right play. Defends & rebounds well for his position. #PhenomMSElite”
