It is the start of the month of June and Phenom Hoops is INCREDIBLY excited about putting on the JMAC Showcase this weekend! High-level teams will be coming to the Fort Mill area, looking to compete and gear themselves up for a big few upcoming months.

So, lets start looking at a few teams and players to watch for this weekend. Here are a few names to look out for.

Team: Carolina Kings 14u and 13u

Chris Parker

A 6’1 guard that can play the 1-4. Virtually unstoppable and has a high-level basketball IQ. Scores at all three levels and is a nightmare for opposing coaches. Chris Paul Camp alumni.

Jordan Frazer

A 5’8 hard-nosed guard that shoots the 3 ball with deep range and accuracy. Gets to the basket at will. Also plays with a high IQ. A JR phenom MVP award winner attended the National JR Phenom Camp in California and a Chris Paul Camp alumni.

5’10 Antrell Kelley

A smart defender that plays the passing lanes to get easy steals and baskets. Microwave he gets buckets fast and easy. Shoots the deep ball with accuracy as well.

6-2 Christian Gray

A hard-nosed defender and rebounder. Very active on the boards and his quick jumping ability allows him to get easy blocks.

5-9 Jaylon Golston

A physical slasher with a solid 15-foot jump shot that backs down to no one. He is great at rebounding from the guard position.

13U

5’9 Trayvon Williams

A strong bodied downhill guard that is virtually unstoppable once he gets going.

5’6 Josiah Cochran-Peeples

A sharpshooting 3 point specialist that plays both ends of the floor. Former JR Phenom MVP and Chris Paul Alumni

6’1 Josiah Pack

A power forward that has long arms and dominates on the backboard. A force on the defensive side of the ball as well.
