North Carolina’s Class of 2022 was starting to feel too good to be true, given the multiple national-level superstars in MJ Rice, Jaden Bradley, and Jalen Hood-Schifino. With Rice heading up to Oak Hill Academy, it’s only fitting that Bradley would go to another major powerhouse in IMG Academy. He’s complied a long list of accomplishments within North Carolina and appears ready to take the next step. Though Cannon plays a vicious schedule, this level of competition will certainly help prepare Bradley for the college game and beyond. His transfer marks the first North Carolina player since Jaden Springer to join IMG, someone who had a very similar path in terms of ability, accolades, and reputation.

All this is meaningful, but what will be the impact for Cannon and the players within their roster' It’s likely to make things somewhat difficult, as Bradley knows how to make the game so easy and effortless for everyone on the floor. However, they’ll still have more talent than a vast majority of North Carolina programs. It will be exciting to see how IMG decides to assemble the rest of the team, especially with an incredible, nearly mistake-free floor general at the helm in Bradley. This move should really prevent any potential questions surrounding the transition of his game to the next level, assuming he continues to dominate.
