Coach Omar Dillard has coached the 2018 Team Harris for the past two years, an AAU organization founded by Denver Nuggets shooting guard Gary Harris. The past season, Coach Omar Dillard lead Team Harris to a 38-10 overall record and finished with a Runner UP at the Adidas SE Gauntlet Regional coming in the Final 4 to the eventual champion in the Las Vegas Bigfoot Classic (Platinum Elite Division) and a Tournament Championship at the Nike Spring Showdown in Chicago.
Prior to coaching Team Harris, Coach Dillard has been around the travel ball circuit in the state of Indiana. For five years, Coach Dillard worked and developed young players physically and mentally to maximize their potential. Currently, a total of 19 Division 1 offers have been extended to players going into their junior season and the cumulative team GPA was an impressive 3.1, which is a testament to how hard the players with Team Harris work on and off the court.
