If a college coach is looking for a point guard that can lead a team, is quick in the open floor, plays with a tough and physical mindset, and can be a playmaker for himself or for others, you should start looking at the player Logan Threatt, a 2022 prospect from Concord Academy.

He had a stellar event in Rock Hill, South Carolina at the Phenom Holiday Classic, posting double-digit outings on multiple occasions and leaving it all out on the court.  Threatt brings another dynamic to Concord Academy, something that is certainly needed after losing so much talent from last season's team.  Threatt provides another excellent scoring option and a ball-handling guard to help initiate the offense. He has an excellent feel in breaking down his defenders one-on-one, seeing and reading a defense, and provides a terrific blend of playmaking and scoring to the court.

In four games at the Holiday Classic, he posted scoring outings of 14 points, 16 points, 23 points, and 16 points, with his best performance coming against in an overtime win vs. Greensboro Day. Averaging 17.3ppg throughout the event, Threatt made it clear on several occasions that he has the talent to play at the next level.

Right now, he holds an offer from just UNCW but he should be a target by several other programs, so it will be interesting to see when things start to pick up.  When speaking to Threatt, he had this to say:

'I'm just trying to open people's eyes up and show them that I can play at a high level.'

He certainly should have opened some eyes after his stellar play at the Phenom Holiday Classic.
