If you have had a chance to watch Quality Education Academy this season, you may have seen two young but big-time prospects on the floor that have a ton of potential to tap in with their game.  They certainly stand out with their size but you may have also seen them flying through the air for a couple of throwdowns, as they bring a lot of athleticism to the table as well.

2024 6'9 Bobby Cannon and 2024 6'9 Isaiah Sutherland are two big prospects in the Class of 2024 in North Carolina and certainly have grabbed some early attention with their play.

When you break down their games, it can easily be seen why there is so much intrigue with each of their games.  Starting with Cannon, he is a long, fluid, and skilled prospect that can operate well in several settings.  He has the perimeter instincts that allow him to step out, put the ball on the deck, and score for himself but he also has incredible length to mix it up down in the paint and finish over defenders.  Cannon runs the floor extremely well also, chasing to block shots, and finishes high at the rim offensively; and he has only continued to develop his overall feel for the game.

Sutherland has a bit more size to him than Cannon, as he can really operate well and be a difference-maker down in the paint.  He moves better than most big men, uses his size very well on both ends to create a big presence with touch offensively, and alters shots on the defensive end.  Sutherland is also very athletic for a player his size, running from rim to rim, showing some handles in his game, and the ability to step out when needed.

Both of these young prospects really capture your eyes immediately when they step on the floor and for them both to just be sophomores is pretty impressive.  Both have continued to take strides with their game and there is still a ton of room left for them to develop, which makes them even scarier to think about.

Cannon has already earned offers from Winthrop, LSU, and North Carolina A&T while Sutherland has earned offers from Winthrop and UNCG.' Both of them are already on several radars for college programs and it will be interesting to see how many more programs get involved with these two high-flying forwards at QEA.
