Another fantastic event has come and gone in Rock Hill as the Phenom Grassroots TOC was simply off the charts with the competitions and talent. But of course, it came down to the end with Championship Sunday. The teams battled it out on the court all throughout the weekend and left it all on the court.
Upward Stars Fagan and PCH Nightrydas SC went to battle in the 15u Red Division and it was a close battle throughout the first half. Both teams were getting several players involved and staying aggressive on the court. What changed was in the second half, as Upward really started to come alive led by Hayden Assemian, who scored 16 of his 18 points in the second half while others continued to get in on the action. PCH didn’t find the same success in the second half, scoring 17 points in the half. In the end, it was Upward Stars Fagan that took home the win and the trophy.
