Another fantastic event has come and gone in Rock Hill as the Phenom Grassroots TOC was simply off the charts with the competitions and talent. But of course, it came down to the end with Championship Sunday. The teams battled it out on the court all throughout the weekend and left it all on the court.
Richland County and TLBA 2026 started off the championship games on Sunday, as this one was a tight battle throughout. It was a back and forth affair, with TLBA holding the narrow halftime lead 29-24. But it was the play of Elton Smith and company in the second half that proved to be the difference, as it helped Richland County Rebels secure the big 62-59 win.
