6'7 2021 Cesare Edwards (Hartsville)

Cesare Edwards continues to get better and better. We're talking about a silky smooth wing forward thathasoutstanding range and touch. We were impressed with his overall skill set and knowledge of the game. More importantly, he has a very mature approach to the game and simply allows the game come to him. Rarely, did he force the issue and took excellent shots within the offense. While Edwards is not overly athletic, his size, skill set and ability to shoot the ball from all three levels will translate to a high level. One thing is for certain, Edwards is only beginning to scratch the surface on his long range potential.

6'5 2022 Julian Phillips (Blythewood)

We first watched Phillips play at the Queen City Middle School Showcase back in February. We were impressed then, but he provided us just a small glimpse of his long range potential. While we have not seen all the players in the South Carolina 2022 class, it's going to be hard to find a player with more potential and upside. Already standing a lengthy 6'5, Phillips has the ability to score from all three levels and already has a nice velvet touch from the 3-point line. What you currently see now is not the finished product which spells trouble for opposing teams. Without question, the sky's the limit and if Phillips continues to work hard, he has a chance to be a very special player from the Palmetto state and nationally.

6'7 2020 JaVon Benson (Ridge View)

What's not to like about a physically imposing power forward, not to mention he sports a size 18 shoe and is only 15 years old. While he has a strong and physical frame, don't let that surprise you. Benson has game and plays under control. With continued development, Benson could be tracking as a hot prospect at the mid major level. First of all, Benson is a sure handed rebounder and plays well within the team structure. He plays hard on both ends of the court and has the ability to be an effective player in the paint and from the midrange area.

6'4 2021 Josh Beadle (Cardinal Newman)

Josh Beadle was impressive at the SC Top 80 last September and he continued his impressive play at the Phenom HS Jam Fest 2. He is the perfect complement to star player Chico Carter and is next in line for assuming that position for the next two years. In our opinion, Beadle is a star in the making. He has excellent length, athleticism and a matching skill set. Beadle can score from all three levels and has the ability to create his own shot off the dribble/bounce.
