5'8' Senior Malik Johnson (Canisius)
Blue Ridge (VA)

For my money, Johnson was the best player in the event. Without question he not only sets the tone for his team, but he makes everyone around him better. While smallish, Johnson has heart and will quickly be the player that Canisius fans latch on to.
Johnson finished with 16 points, 7 boards, and 9 assists in the win.

5'10' Senior Travis Fields
Norcom (VA)

Fields is a player the 757 area talks about ad naseum. As a four year starter, he has won two state championships, and looks to be in line to make another run this season. In this event Fields was the player who protected the lead down the stretch. He handled the ball, got it to the proper areas, and made his free throws.
Fields finished with 26 points in the win.

6'9' Junior Aamir Simms
Blue Ridge (VA)

Simms has been on a steady ascension since his performance at the 2015 Virginia Top 80. He has always had the frame and skill, but the game is making more sense how. In this event he spend his time in the paint, finishing above the rim. He also stepped out to make a couple jump shots. With his ability to rebound, block shots, and score at multiple levels Simms should be talked about as a Top 75 type. He carries offers from Georgetown, Cincinnati, Virginia Tech, Clemson, Providence, Kansas St, etc'
Simms finished with 23 points, 10 boards, and 5 blocks.

6'1' Sophomore Rasir Bolton
Carlisle School (VA)

Bolton is confident, there is no questioning that. He plays with the ball in his hands, but also as the team's primary scorer. Bolton has deep range with a quick trigger, and appears most comfortable shooting the ball off the bounce. There is a lot to like with Bolton, as he has time and a great skill set. He carries offers from Virginia Tech, Old Dominion, East Carolina, Richmond, and Hampton.
Bolton finished with 27 points in the win.

6'1' Junior Mastadi Pitt
Atlantic Shores (VA)

Pitt is another name that has been on a steady ascension since his performance at the 2015 Virginia Top 80. Pitt is a sturdy lead guard who can shoot well and gets into the lane. When Pitt finds consistency he is a guard that will keep coming at you. In this event, he kept coming at them. Pitt has offers from Cincinnati, UCF, James Madison, Longwood, and Howard.
Pitt finished with 19 points.
