Player: Raheim Misher
Class: 2025
Height: 6’4
High School: Maiden High School

We continue to shed light on players around the state of North Carolina and there have been many freshmen that have captured the eyes of our scouts and fans around the state with their play early on.  One player that has had a terrific was 2025 6’4 Raheim Misher at Maiden high school and he is one that you will want to put on your watch list in the coming years as he continues to develop.

Misher on the season posted averages of 14.2 points, 10.8 rebounds, 1.0 steals, 1.0 blocks, and 1.2 assists while shooting 60 percent from the floor. All those numbers increased in conference play and throughout the tournament, as Misher averaged 16.5 points, 12.7 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 1.7 blocks, 1.0 steals, and shot 68 percent.

We spoke more with Maiden head coach, Coach Justin Brittain, about Misher’s game and this is what he had to say.

“Raheim Misher, a 6’4 freshman, is very long, impacts a lot of shots in the paint, is athletic, and can guard 2-5 if needed which allows us to switch when needed. He is one of the most coachable kids I’ve had since being here, always working to get better, unselfish, and to me, the difference in him is his motor. It took him a while to get up to speed being a freshman. We tried to ease him in and make sure he was ready to see success but since Christmas, he has been averaging nearly 18 points and 12 rebounds.”

Misher is just another freshman that has played extremely well and many should take notice his way, as he looks to continue his stellar play this summer and into his sophomore season.
