The Phenom PG Nationals brought teams from all over the country to Rock Hill, as they looked to compete for a championship but it was also a great opportunity to check out talent that college coaches should recognize. Flight 22 continues to bring talent to the court under Coach Faulk, as we look to highlight a few players that have really played well in the last month or so.

2025 Caden Giles
Giles is one that college coaches should be looking at in a big way, as he continues to showcase his fluidity and impact in an array of ways. He can really create issues for opponents, as Jeff Bendel recently wrote about him in a great way: “Giles is long, mobile, and understands how to properly utilize his size to overwhelm opponents on either end of the floor. Offensively, he highlighted a strong blend of feel, footwork, vision, and touch with either hand. He regularly played above the rim and appeared comfortable spacing the floor as needed. Giles runs the floor well in transition and earns scoring chances by simply filling the lane. On the other end, he understands how to control the glass and protect the rim defensively. Although he’s great at walling up and consistently altering shots without fouling, he also had a ton of ferocious blocks.”

2025 Oliver Roberts
Announcing his commitment to Mount Olive, we are excited to see what he will be able to bring to the table for that program. He is a high IQ guard who mixes it well offensively, being an effective weapon from the perimeter with confidence in his release and range, but also doing a great job in picking his spots to attack. Roberts plays within the offense well but understands when to be unselfish or to create offense for himself.

2025 Corey Hairston
Hairston has been really solid for the last month on the Phenom Hoops platform, whether it has been at Nationals or February Showcase. In both events, Hairston showed that he can be incredibly useful on the court with his ability to make plays off the bounce or to knock down shots off the catch. He plays with energy, competes, scores from the perimeter well, and has a good frame to create and finish.

2025 Markell Hollis
Hollis is useful in many facets of the game. He presents good size and is one that brings versatility to the court. He can defend multiple positions, displays athleticism overall, is a strong defensive presence on the court, attacks well off the bounce and gets paint touches, and can score from the outside when left open. Hollis can shine in various positions, finding success in leading the offense at times, pushing in transition, and allowing his defense to turn into offense.
