O’Leary is a lethal shooter that can score in bunches. Triple threat scoring option who can catch fire in a flash, but he is also a natural true point guard who can effectively run an offense.  He has a nice touch from deep, but is electric off the bounce and explodes to that rim and is a strong finisher. That first step of his is a defense killer. O’Leary is a defensive stud. Scrappy and tenacious.

During the fall league, he averaged 24pts a game. The biggest improvement was his outside shot which had opened up his ability to use his speed when defenders try to deny the three ball. Last season, he only averaged 4pts, 1.5stls, 1.5rebs, and 2asts. It clearly shows the strides he made over the summer.  O’Leary’s goal for the upcoming season is to continue to improve that outside shot while developing into a strong leader doing whatever he can to help his team win. His competitive edge and drive to be an impact leader is what sets him apart. That intense fire in his heart won’t let him settle for losing but stores up that dog in him to fight to win.

Aiden is extremely coachable. He will certainly make his presence felt on the varsity this season and with that fierce determined drive, Aiden will battle his way into solid playing time. This developing star is already so fun to watch.
