ABOUT THE EVENT

The nationally recognized National High School Showcase will be coming to Raleigh, North Carolina!! Max Preps has called the National High School Showcase a “must-see hoops tournament”. USA Today has said the National High School Showcase is a “must-see tip-off hoops event.”

Nationally ranked prep hoopers and high school teams will convene in Raleigh, North Carolina as Phenom Hoop Report will host the 7th Annual National High School Showcase at Ravenscroft School on November 15-16. Tickets will go on sale the day of the event and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

In all, 15 teams will be competing in the National High School Showcase including famed Oak Hill Academy.  They will also be joined by Moravian Prep and ISA Osborne Academy in the national high school rankings. North Carolina will be well represented as well with Henderson Collegiate, Ravenscroft, Cannon, GRACE Christian, Trinity Christian, Concord First Assembly, Liberty Heights, Piedmont Classical, Combine Academy, and Northwood Temple all participating.

This year’s field of teams will take on an international feel yet again, as Crestwood Academy will be coming down from Toronto, Ontario. They will join ISA Osborne Academy (Ohio) and Oak Hill Academy (Virginia) as the out of state teams.

This year’s National High School Showcase will feature 12 players ranked among the nation’s very best in their class. These players include the #1 2023 prospect Elijah Fisher (Crestwood), Top-10 2022 prospect Jaden Bradley (Cannon), Top-25 2022 prospect Jalen Hood-Schifino (Combine), Top-20 2020 prospect Cam Thomas (Oak Hill) and Top-25 2020 prospect Josh Hall (Moravian). Other players participating are already committed to the likes of Wake Forest, Virginia Tech, Ohio State, Furman, Old Dominion, Presbyterian and Youngstown State while others are being recruited by the top programs in college basketball including, Kansas, Duke, NC State, Arkansas, Florida, UCLA, Southern Cal, Ohio State, and many others.

The talent level from the event has been second to none, and one could argue the 2019-20 National High School Showcase is as deep as any previously. The event has built its reputation on putting the very best players on the floor to compete for its fans. In only six years, the event had had 11 players starting on NBA rosters in the 2019-20 season, 10 players chosen to play in the McDonald’s All-American Game, and 146 players sign to play Division I basketball.
