6'2 '19 Caleb McReed (Myers Park)
The evening session of our Jam Fest opened with a pair of pretty evenly matched teams. That
being said, Caleb McReed was the best guard prospect between the two squads and he made a
concerted effort in this contest. McReed possesses a great frame and has upside as a versatile
two-way prospect; he's a solid all-around player but can improve even more with added
consistency.

6'0 '19 Kemarkio Cloud (Lancaster)
In terms of potential, Kemarkio Cloud wasn't the most tantalizing prospect, but he did produce at
a fairly strong level throughout their third contest. He's built like a football player, but possesses
the ball-handling of a point guard, which made for some quality entertainment. Cloud took
opponents off the dribble and scored fairly often inside the arc, especially around the basket.

5'8 '21 Omazeon Cloud (Lancaster)
The younger Cloud prospect took on a lead role from the opening of today, handling the ball,
creating for others, and knocking down shots when they needed a bucket. The rising sophomore
has deep range, which makes him an immediate threat to score upon crossing midcourt. It'll be
interesting to see how much Cloud improves his handle going forward, as it could open up the
rest of his game.

6'9 '19 Justin Johnson (Blythewood)
Few big men were as physically imposing as Justin Johnson, a 6-foot-9 center with huge
defensive capabilities. Offensively, he's somewhat raw, so he just sticks to running the floor and
finishing at the rim. Johnson absorbs contact well and shows a consistent willingness to defend
and rebound.

5'11 '20 Markel Samuel (Blythewood)
Blythewood took this contest somewhat easily, but they needed the strong three-point shooting
from Markel Samuel to make it happen. The off-guard knocked down one shot after another
from beyond the arc, and the opposition continued to allow it, so Samuel didn't stop. He didn't
play the entirety of this one, or else he would've finished with a dozen or so three-pointers.

6'6 '19 Seth Rivers (Stall)
The Stall big man continued to outwork opponents on both ends of the floor, even when things
looked bleak. He fights so hard on a possession-to-possession basis and has such polish as shot-
blocker. His combination of size and ability to move laterally should make him a quality big man
at the next level.

6'0 '19 Alvin Cuffie Jr. (Hartsville)
The Hartsville point guard took more of a scoring role in their last contest of the day and found
quality success. He still created for others and made plays on both ends of the floor, but Cuffie
amped up the scoring efficiency from all levels. Hartsville will need steady contributions from
Cuffie throughout the year, so it's nice to see him already in form.

6'0 '19 Miles McDowell (St. Andrews)
This was our first time seeing St. Andrews and their squad on display. They worked extremely
hard from start to finish, but Miles McDowell was their most consistent two-way player. He
handled the ball at times, rebounded well, and scored when no one else was capable of
generating a shot. If his support can improve, McDowell and St. Andrews could have a nice
season.
