Phenom Hoops LIVE brought players and teams from all over the region, and there were plenty of hidden gems that college programs should be looking at or learning more about. East Carolina Elite continues to be a program that has found ways to flourish and could provide sneaky players for programs at the next level.
We dive into a bit more of what we saw and their game description from what we have seen over the last few months.
2025 TJ Brown – JH Rose High School
Brown was a strong part of the team’s success, really showing his ability to stretch the floor, knock down shots with range, and be a threat from behind the arc. But he also mixed it up well and played with tremendous energy on both ends. All throughout the event, he continued to lead this team offensively.
2025 Jonah Holt – Swansboro
The 6’3 prospect brings size for his position, a smooth demeanor to the court, and was able to flourish inside and out on the court offensively. He was comfortable off the ball, knocking down open shots, but also created well for himself, and also active in other ways for his team.
2025 Jermaine Cunningham – Swansboro
Cunningham’s game allows him to fill up the stats line with his production. He is a big-framed prospect who can play multiple positions for his team, impacts the game in a variety of ways, is strong and physical on the boards, and makes good decisions in finding teammates as well as a scoring option.
