There are still plenty of players in the Class of 2024 left on the board, but one is now off the board as 2024 big man Clash Peters has committed to Coastal Carolina.
One of the top players left in the class, Peters will be staying home as he develops at Coastal Carolina. Here is a great description of his game and what Peters provides for his future program:
“He’s strong, sturdy, and possesses an excellent combination of IQ, skill, and athleticism. Peters can post-up and finish over either shoulder, but also displays great footwork and the ability to consistently score on counters or advanced moves on the block. He handles and passes the ball very well for his size/position and will look to attack opposing bigs off the bounce whenever possible. Peters is capable of causing constant matchup problems with his mobility and inside-out skillset. He’s extremely tough, active, and understands how to utilize his body on the glass–where he’s proven to be a double-digit rebounding machine for quite a while. Add in his useful rim-protection ability, and there’s no reason Peters shouldn’t hold more offers.”
