2025 Jalen Reece, a 2025 prospect down in Florida, was a prospect we highlighted back in September to discuss some of the latest in his recruitment. When we spoke to him, he discussed some of his newest offers at the time, along with his first offer from SMU.

Well, we touched base again with the 2025 prospect as he added yet another offer, this time coming from the SEC in Alabama.
“Blessed to receive an offer from Alabama,” Reece told Phenom Hops. “They have a great team and program. Coach Hodgson came to the school today and watch me work out and offered me after my workout.”
Though it is still early with Alabama, the playing style of the Crimson Tide is what grabs his attention early on. He also remembers going to Alabama when he was younger to attend a basketball camp.
As far as schools that have continued to recruit him hard early on, Cincinnati remains strong in the picture as well as UCF.
