Texas strikes again in the basketball recruiting world on Monday, as the Longhorns learned that they have landed 2023 AJ Johnson from Southern California. A 6’5 guard from California held multiple offers from around the country and is regarded as one of the top guards in the country nationally. Again, Johnson is the Longhorn’s second commitment for 2023, now joining another premier talent in 2023 forward Ron Holland. Both are regarded as 5-star prospects by many national outlets.
