5'11 2022 Gabe Proctor (Papa Pete's Patriots/Apex Friendship)

One of the more well-known names in NC's 2022 class, Gabe Proctor is not a shooter you should leave open by any means. Certainly one of the most lethal shooting threats in the state, Proctor is excellent off the catch. Sound mechanics guided by repetition, and an IQ belonging to a player who I have oftentimes said will almost certainly coach one day. Proctor's shooting would be an asset on any NC program, and I'm certain he plans to lead Apex Friendship High School to another deep state playoff run.

2023 5'11 Gavin Bullock (Team Force/Central Cabarrus)

A young Central Cabarrus team last year made waves as their core spearheaded them to a deep post-season run. The trio of Jaiden Thompson, Chase Daniel, and Carson Daniel received rightful attention given their talent and contributions to the game. I believe Gavin Bullock is a player on this team that possesses noteworthy characteristics as well. Bullock is a rugged combo guard with competitive fire and useful scoring ability at this level. Really helped catapult this most recent win with his demeanor, off-ball movement, and slashing.

5'10 2023 Demarris Day (United We Stand/West Charlotte)

A player that I've watched more than anyone else on this list, Demarris Day solidified himself as the best facilitator of the day with the display he put on in game 1. Day has long possessed a true 'pass first' mentality, paired with impressive vision. For sometime, I questioned how long it would take for his execution to match his vision on elite stages. I was thoroughly impressed with how he ran the show today, finding teammates with ease. If he can carry this over to the season, do not be surprised if he leads West Charlotte in assists.

6'0 2025 Zion Wells (NC Wildcats/Jordan High School)

Jordan High School has a group of incoming freshman that will likely all contribute for the basketball program. Zion Wells very well may have the highest ceiling of them all. Last year, when I first watched Wells he was a raw scoring prospect with solid shot mechanics and below-average confidence. Today, I am proud to see how much his confidence has flourished since then, putting himself in position to score when called upon. to. Shows promising length, continuing to develop his scoring capabilities while his body grows could result in something special.

6'3 2024 Fynn Hales (Team Cats/Lake Norman)

Fynn plays a kind of game that I enjoy watching a great deal. He shows clear focus on both ends, despite not currently presenting himself as a lockdown defender. Right now, Hales is a prepared shooter with above average mechanics in comparison to Varsity players. Like how I saw him move without the ball, making occasional smart cuts to the rim.

2025 6'2 Landon Haggarty (Team Hope 14U)

Landon shows legitimate primary scoring potential at this age. Given his somewhat mature build, I'm curious to see if he plays JV or Varsity. He's confident from all three levels with the ability to create for others. Solid frame, likely to develop into a keen shooter at the high school level.

6'9 2023 Donovan Raymond (United We Stand/West Charlotte)

Donovan continues to display how dominant he can truly be at this level. Once a stiff prospect, Raymond shows a much improved level of fluidity as well as continuing to show how competent he is as an interior target. Soft hands and will only become more dangerous as his vertical continues to improve. Certainly capable of playing at the Division One level, as his offer list shows.
