The talent around the region that is still available in the Class of 2025 is eye-opening, but Phenom Hoops is here to highlight players who are must-see prospects for D1 schools if they are looking to secure a late snag in the class. This is a series of articles that will be bringing new names for schools to take a hard look at.

2025 6’5 Sabree Scott

Scott is a very intriguing prospect here in North Carolina, and we believe that D1 schools should be taking more of a notice his way.  Each time we have watched him, the 6’5 prospect has impressed and he checks a lot of boxes with his size, skillset, and athleticism.  He is a long, athletic wing that has the ability to score from a variety of levels, comfortably from all three levels but also is one that can guard multiple positions. He has a smooth shooting stroke from inside and out, finishes well at the rim with his bounce, and flourishes with his offensive capabilities. No matter the event, Scott has produced in a big way, helping lead his team and with his game, D1 schools should be making him a prime target for the Class of 2025.

What Has Been Said:

“Scott passes the eye test with his game along with his size and athleticism.  He consistently shows that he can mix it up offensively, as he is comfortable from a variety of areas on the court and knows how to take what is given to him. Scott can easily hurt you from the perimeter, as the wing prospect knocks down open shots off the catch as well as create space for himself. He also excels in penetrating and attacking the defense, scoring at the rim with ease. He can guard multiple positions, his athleticism translates well to the next level on both sides of the ball, and just has a natural feel on the court in how he operates. Scott can step up and have those takeover moments, but easily finds himself blending into the offense and taking what is given.”
