There was a lot of excitement in the building for Cox Mill versus First Flight and the contest itself definitely delivered some riveting moments. Cox Mill came out of the gate with something to prove, showing their ability to spread the ball, distribute scoring, and work together on both ends of the floor. They received contributions from basically everyone on their roster, making it extremely difficult for First Flight to take control of the action. Jaqua Propst-Allison, Bailey Gentile, and Karon Boyd really held things down for Cox Mill while Dylan Blake led the way for First Flight. It was scrappy throughout but ultimately ended up as a 76-47 victory for Cox Mill.
