Each and every time Phenom Hoop Report gets to report or sees a commitment from a player we have seen over the years, it is always a fantastic day. It is great to see players achieve their goal to play at the next level and it is such a great accomplishment for that player.

To put it simply, Cook is an absolute flamethrower from outside, having a quick release on his shot, a ton of confidence in his shot, and has shown that he can knock down threes from all areas of the floor. With Cook’s known ability to be a flamethrower, it has only given him ample opportunities to showcase more of his overall game. Whether it is creating for himself off the dribble, finding open opportunities for his teammates, or being incredibly unselfish and playing within the offense, Cook simply makes everyone else better on the court as well. He’s the smallest of the group, but that should only speak volumes about his actual abilities as a shooting threat. Cook moves quite well without the ball, possesses a quick release, and is capable of hitting shots off movement or in spot-up scenarios. He’s unselfish and makes quality passes when attacking closeouts or getting out in transition. Cook also provides nice effort defensively and understands his role as well as any player in the state.”
