2025 6’10 Nate Malosa – Konnect Prep

Malosa is one that we have highlighted on several occasions, and we continue to believe that he is a player who can play at the next level. There is a lot to like about what he brings to the table with his blend of size, activity in the paint, and his comfort level in stretching the floor. Malosa continues to get bigger and stronger, showcasing the ability to score be a presence inside with touch as well as be a strong presence on the glass and defensively. But what makes him intriguing as a forward is his comfort level in stretching the

2025 7’0 Tammar Brown – Rocktop Academy

The 7-footer was back on the Phenom Hoops platform, and he is still one that I believe can be a piece at the next level. The old saying goes… you can’t teach size, and Brown offers that along with fluidity. He moves well on both ends of the court, not only being able to be a presence on the glass and with touch in the paint but also showing his impact in being a defensive presence. There is still room for growth with his game, but he is one that schools should be looking for a late snag.

2025 6’4 Jullien Cole – The Academy Prep

Cole, who was once playing in North Carolina, was a joy to see back in action and he certainly left a lasting impression on our scouts. Watching Cole once again, you can see the 6’4 guard has put in the work, and he proved that he could be a D1 get for a program late. He has a great frame and plays well off the ball but is also a tough presence when attacking downhill and embracing contact. Cole finished downhill consistently and through defenders, as well as finding ways to get to the line. Add that on top of his ability to knock down open shots off the catch, Cole gave us a lot to like with his game.

2026 6’9 Rho Omed – The Academy Prep

Another player on The Academy Prep, who won the Silver Bracket, grabbed my attention and I see the potential in his overall game is 6’9 Rho Omed. I had heard about him and was eager to see him and from what I saw, there is a lot to like early on but the question is what he could ultimately be with more work. Omed has an incredible blend of size and skill, being a more than capable prospect from the perimeter and showing his ability to be a shotmaker. He has range in his game, he flourished in dribble pull-ups, and he still presents issues with his 6’9 frame. But there are still several areas where he could work on, which makes him even more interesting to watch.
