(U15) CC Elite 2022 (NC)

2020 5’11 Evan Anderson

Skilled stretch four that plays inside out. He can score the basketball on all three levels. Has a really high IQ knows how to get his other teammates to involve and get his also. Really good operating on the block and short corner. Moves well without basketball in his hands and understands floor spacing.

2020 6’3 AJ Cook

Floor general that understands pace and the flow of the game. Never seems rattled even under distress from opposing team pressure traps. Excellent shooter knocking down six three pointers in the game keeping the defense honest and opening up the lane for his teammates in the post to operate.

Justin Monden 5’9 2022

Justin has a smooth stroke that he used to be the team high scorer for his team with 18 points today. “Smooth J” should be his nickname has he was able to even get his shot off against taller defenders. Because he shoots such a high percentage I would like to see him be more assertive on the defensive end and look for his shot more.

(U15) Team Hickory (NC)

Landon Maddox 2022

Scoring point guard with a crafty handle. Scores the ball well on all three levels. Does a good job playing creating space and using his athleticism to score. Great assist to turnover ratio. Made plays for himself and other teammates.

Zane Redmon 2022

Has elite athleticism with a great motor. Love the energy he plays every game doesn’t take a play off. He did a great job or rebounding and getting to 50/50 balls. On the defensive end he has good feet that allows him to stay in front of small guards. He was also able to come up with several blocks

Jarvae Clark 5’9 2022

One thing that stuck out to me about this kid was his length. He was able to get rebounds that a kid his height normally wouldn’t get to. His length allowed him to get in to passing lanes and create havoc for the opposing team. He is also really good at finishing once he gets to the basket.

Isaiah Sanders 5’8 2024

First time seeing Isaiah play this year but I can see the growth. His body is definitely changing. He was able to finish plays that he use to struggle with because of the physicality of the game. His handle is much improved. He does a good job of using a hard dribble against opponents to use his first step to blow by defenders. He has always done a good job of getting his teammates involved with nifty no look passes. Isaiah’s IQ is developing at a rapid speed offensively. When he learns how to dominate the defensive end as well as he does the offensive end we are talking him be a major college prospect in the next couple of years.

(U13) Upward Stars Lakeland (SC)

Upward Stars guards Brantavious Hawkins 5’8 and KJ Marshall 5’8 put on show hitting ten three points in the game to fight back from being down twenty points at halftime against PSB. Was very impressed with how they played to give using ball reversal and passing up good shots for better shots to keep their team in the game. In a losing effort players scored respectively.

(U13) PSB Charlotte UA (NC)

Zehren Hilton 5’3

Small guard that plays the game with a chip his shoulder. Scored 18 points in a win over Upward Lakeland. Guard has all the tools to be good one. He can score the basketball on all three levels. And has a really good IQ. Looking forward to seeing his development.

Nicholas Hamrick 5’10

Big did a good job of doing all the little things. He has a good motor and really goes hard to the boards. Controlled the game in second half with his rebounding. Did a good job of not giving teams second chance points. Score 14 points in the game.
