The NC Phenom 150 brings some unique and intriguing talent from around the state, allowing us at Phenom Hoops and other scouts to watch some new prospects.  Coach K was on deck throughout the event, coaching, and watching, and there were three guys that really caught his eye.

Check out who those players were.

Colin Radcliffe, 6’4 class of 2019 #152 Richland High school

  • A small power forward with great mechanics. We have had this kid in a special report before he plays without the ball.  He is very talented.  Colin is a small forward that is skilled enough to play the five. But at the next level, he will definitely be on the wing.  He rebounds exceptionally well, especially on the offensive end.  He plays with intensity and heart and has a good attitude.

Adonijah Whitley, #117 North Guilford high school. Team #4 6’2

  • A young prospect that can shoot the ball well. He has great range and great mechanics.  Whitley also showed that he plays well in transition, using his court vision to find his teammates or find his shot.  Really solid play from this young man.

Karyn Dawkins, #72. Team #12 5’8 McLeansville, Eastern Guilford High School

  • This kid was a prototype point guard with tight handles. Fast and strong with a high motor and is very skilled. Dawkins has excellent court vision a pinpoint his passes.  He makes everybody on the floor with him better and definitely gets an out for best in the show.
