It wasn't long ago that we all heard the news and announcements from two of the top bigs in the state of North Carolina, Christian Reeves and Jeremy Gregory, as they looked to play on an even bigger stage at Oak Hill.

Playing for such a storied program like Oak Hill certainly can help any prospect; the name on the jersey alone can change and bring more eyes their way.  But now, Gregory and Reeves hope to be a big part in helping Oak Hill claim another title and see their game hit another level.

These two certainly can help Oak Hill for sure, bringing needed size and depth to the position down low in the post. But they also both bring a unique game to the national stage. Reeves certainly stands out with his 7-foot frame, being an effective rim protector and shot-blocker but also great touch around the basket. Gregory has continued to show off his hands and touch, to go along with his frame that allows him to play bigger than listed and excel in several areas down in the post. Both have gotten better over the years and are now ready to make their presence known in a big way.

Phenom Hoops spoke to both about their recent decision and the impact that they hope to bring.  Here is what they had to say:

Reeves: 'I'm really excited about Oak Hill.  It is going to help me get ready for the next level.  I think the best part about it is that every player and coach is working to accomplish the same goal and that is winning a national championship.'

Gregory: 'I am very excited about playing for such a storied school like Oak Hill and I felt like I've gotten my play and body ready to compete at the national level and against national powers.  I hope to bring a lot of rebounding, scoring defense, and leadership, and just be able to continue to add on to the winning culture at Oak Hill Academy.'
