The nightcap of our second annual George Lynch Invitational concluded with an exciting contest between Christ School and Davidson Day. It didn’t take long for the Greenies to get things underway and start dictating the tempo. Davidson Day struggled to knock down shots while Christ School consistently forced turnovers and converted fast-break opportunities in transition. It’s difficult to overstate the incredible balance Christ School showcased from the opening tip, as they were excellent at locating the best available shot and making the correct decision—regardless of the recipient. They held a double-digit lead entering halftime. Following the break, Davidson Day began to chip away at the deficit and took things down to the wire, where Christ School secured a (score) victory.
