The Phenom PG Nationals brought some of the best teams from around the region to come compete for a championship, as the Bronze Division had elite talent all over the place. Calusa Basketball Academy though clearly made it a mission to walk away with another title and they did just that at the Phenom PG Nationals.
vs. Combine Regional: won 93-80
vs. New Rock Prep: won 76-64
vs. Thomas Ridge Athletics: won 71-45
Calusa has continued to make a statement on the Phenom Hoops platform, as they have won yet another championship. The Bronze Division had some intriguing teams, but Calusa was one that simply made a statement and powered their way through the field, including a strong performance against Thomas Ridge Athletics. Players like 2025 Isk Aminou, 2025 Bryce Osceola, 2026 Jaydon Woodroffe, and so many others led a balanced attack overall. This was a team that showcased a balanced attack inside, scoring with touch and physicality but also knocking down shots from outside with consistency. Now, this is their third championship and they don’t look to be slowing down anytime soon, as they will be a team to watch once again next season.
