Phenom Hoops likes to put the spotlight on some intriguing prospects that have been producing, especially at the next level.  One player that we have noticed has been redshirt sophomore Briggs Parris from UVA-Wise.

After redshirting his first year, Briggs showed that he can come right in and be incredibly productive, especially scoring the ball.  In the 2018-19 season, Briggs averaged 16.0 points per game, recording 26 double-figure scoring games, five 20-point games, hitting 102 3-pointers, and starting all 29 games for the Cavaliers.

This season, he did much of the same, averaging 14 points per game, starting 27 games, and leading the team with 82 made 3-pointers (shot 41 percent from behind the arc).

Parris has proven what he can do on the court, being a knockdown shooter and an effective scorer. Just check out a few of his highlights below.
