The one-day event features six games with a healthy mix of programs from the public, private, and independent sectors. Charlotte Performance Institute vs. Oak Ridge Military
The second showdown of the Ambassador Classic takes place at 1:30 between Charlotte Performance Institute and Oak Ridge Military Academy. Though young and in their first season as a program, there’s already a lot to like about the Coyotes of Charlotte Performance. Jordan King has arguably been their most consistent producer, Josiah Montgomery has shown a lot of appealing flashes, and freshman JJ Sati-Grier has more than lived up to expectations. Guys like Cameron McNeil and Deontae Pryor have highlighted flashes of next-level ability. Lastly, Ramir Goins is a useful piece and young prospect to follow. On the other side, Oak Ridge Military is enjoying a solid start to their season. Joel Deinga is their clear leader and tone-setter on both ends of the floor. However, Synaris Twitty has shined as a key addition to this group. They also have a variety of intriguing underclassmen ranging from sophomores to eighth-graders. Ultimately, this should be a highly competitive contest between two teams featuring college-worthy prospects.
