Phenom Hoops was on deck for ACE Elite SD 15u, both Sanders and Harrist, as we got a first-hand look at what these teams will be bringing to the courts this season with Phenom Hoops. We dive into the roster from what we saw during the practice.
ACE SD Elite Sanders 15u
2028 Carson Williams
Williams looks to be one of the go-to options for this team and certainly a player to keep an eye on in Class of 2028. Crafty guard who creates off the bounce, displays confidence from the perimeter, has good range overall, and really displayed his ability to be a playmaker.
2028 Mari Guzman
Guzman is one that brings versatility to the court. Should be able to play multiple positions, attacks well in getting downhill, play with energy and compete in several areas, and is a vocal leader on this team. He was at his best when watching him attack the basket.
2028 Jayden Washington
Washington is one that will have to play several positions for this team, as he brings more size for this team. He will be able to guard multiple positions on the court, showing the ability to score inside and out, will bring value to several areas on the floor.
2028 Enrico Abranches
Abranches has a strong frame, and it truly shows that he is a competitor on the court. He plays hard, can take contact, does a nice job in getting to his spots, and mixes it up offensively, whether it is with his jumper or attacking. Another vocal leader on the team.
2028 Jack Bennett
Bennett will be a nice piece in playing off the ball, operating in catch-and-shoot situations, and really looking for his shot from outside. Should be able to help open up the offense from outside.
2028 Zain Eudy
Eudy will be another piece for this team at the guard position. He plays within the offense, makes the right plays, looks to always be engaged, and can make plays for himself. Will be a nice part of the rotation for this team.
2028 Luke Yett – DNP
2028 Grant Barbee – DNP
ACE SD Elite Harrist 15u
2028 Daniel Emmet
Emmet will be relied on to bring size and compete down low in the paint as well as really help attack the boards. With him being the biggest player on the team, I look for him to bring a lot of value inside for this team.
2028 Brando Brooks
Brando is a smart guard who shows flashes of his understanding of the game. He moves well and competes on both sides of the ball, is active defensively, and is a guard who can make plays in several areas offensively.
2028 Chase Mitchell
Mitchell was able to grab our attention with his ability to run the offense and be a playmaking guard on offense. You can see that he plays hard and competes on both sides, has a good overall feel for the game, and should be a key player for this year’s team.
2028 James Herberich
Herberich is a crafty guard that can make plays off the bounce, plays within the offense and doesn’t force his shot but can also be a valuable offensive option with his creativity and shot making.
2028 Rishan Talluri
Talluri is one that has size and should bring value within the rotation. Still a developing prospect, he showed flashes of his ability to move without the ball and be an option with his shot from outside.
2028 Sharad Pate
Patel is one that is still developing as a prospect but will help bring depth, play hard on both ends, and look to capitalize on opportunities when available.
2028 Matthew Griffth – DNP
