Programs are still looking to make some noise as far as recruiting in the Class of 2025, and 6’10 Cedric Taylor is a player of interest for many. Taylor, a prospect from Huntington Prep, announced an offer from Georgia State and added one from FIU earlier. He also visited Old Dominion recently, as reported by several media outlets.  Taylor spoke with Phenom Hoops recently about some of the latest, as he is looking to decide shortly.

Phenom: How has everything been going this season?
Taylor: It has been great. I’ve been putting in the work. I’m still not sure where to go (as far as college) but I know that I will need to commit soon.

Phenom: Thoughts on your latest offer from Georgia State?
Taylor: They said they love my skillset, and they have been looking for someone that has my talent.

Phenom: What other schools have been making you a strong priority?
Taylor: There are a bunch of schools that have texted me and my coach lately, such as Stetson, Hawaii, Iowa, Monmouth, San Francisco, Georgia Southern, and more have followed me. Kennesaw State and Ole Miss have been asking about me as well.

Phenom: What offers do you currently hold?
Taylor: Pepperdine, Northern Illinois, FIU, Georgia State, Old Dominion, and Radford are my current offers.

Phenom: When might you be looking to decide?
Taylor: Still unsure but for right now, I’m looking at some time in February but still not 100 percent sure.

Phenom: What might you be looking for in a future program?
Taylor: I’m big on developing my body and being ab to play, and also a place to gain my confidence. I want to be able to shoot the shots that the coaches know I can make.
