2026 Ethan Mgbako showcases offensive versatility
2026 6’6 Ethan Mgbako is a Top-150 player in the country and from what we saw in this game, he could rise up a bit in the rankings. However, Mgbako showed his assertiveness and versatility offensively with his game, coming out early on in showing his comfort level from the perimeter but also displayed athleticism in attacking off the bounce, running the floor in transition, scoring at the rim, and looking for his shot from multiple levels. It is easy to see why schools like Florida State, Mississippi State, LSU, and others have offered and believe he will be a target for many high-major programs.
The future looks really bright for 2027 6’6 Howard Williams
The youngest prospect on the roster for Oak Hill, Williams flourished and showed his true potential in his overall impact and game. Talking about a player that is still young and developing, Williams brings such versatility both offensively and defensively with his size. He moves well, is active and engaged, and can impact the game in a variety of ways. Williams shows comfort from inside and out, getting to his spots for his pull-up game, but also and make plays inside as well. You also have to like how impactful he can be on the boards, showing that he has great timing and a knack for getting the ball. He can be effective in a variety of areas offensively, shows a strong feel for the game, and finds ways to impact the game in other ways outside of scoring as well.
2025 6’7 Deondrea Lindsey came alive in the second half
Lindsey, who already holds several offers and is ranked by many outlets in the Top 150, really started to come alive in the second half. Lindsey is a 6’7 prospect who runs the floor well, gets to his spots offensively, moves and operates well in the paint and out, and can make plays off the bounce as well as finish at the rim. He was able to use his size in this one to get on the glass and score around the basket well, finishing with 14 points.
Experience Academy guards showed flashes
2025 Rodney McNeal led the way with 15 points in the game, showing his quickness, his ability to change direction, and his ability to create his own shot. He mixed it up well, scoring off the dribble as well as knocking down shots from behind the arc. Also liked 6’2 Chris Bozeman and MJ Murphy, both of which showed speed and ability to create.
