2026 6’8 Elton Smith (Cardinal Newman)

Smith had a very good showing at the SC Top 80 camp and showed why he is one of the best bigs from the state for his class.  He continues to make tremendous strides with his overall feel and impact in the game, showing that he can be a strong scoring threat who can also take advantage of mismatches on the floor. He has good fluidity and feel around the basket, and moves well for his size which allows him to score and be quicker than his opponents. But he also shows flashes of his ability to make plays off the bounce, run the floor, and add different levels to his game.

2026 6’7 Tre Raymon (South Pointe)

Raymon continues to be such an intriguing prospect in the class with his blend of size and overall skill set. As a 6’7 prospect, he has really been able to grow with his overall offensive game, adding more size and weight that allows him to battle closer to the basket but still holds that intriguing skillset of being able to score along the perimeter. Whether it is catch-and-shoot or off-the-bounce, Raymon flourishes in getting to his spots and knocking down shots effectively over opponents.  Raymon continues to thrive as one of the more versatile pieces on the court for South Carolina.

2026 6’5 BJ Brown Jr. (Sumter)

There is something about Brown’s game that grabs my attention and really do believe there is still a ton of potential to his game. He has great size for his position, using his length and size well to his advantage along the perimeter.  He is confident with his ability to knock down shots from three or mid-range, but also showing he can attack downhill effectively to finish. Brown has shown time after time he can be an effective shotmaker on the court as well as a playmaker, and as he continues to develop, get stronger, and show his assertiveness, he should be one D1 programs have their eye on more.

2026 6’7 Lucas Wiersma (TL Hanna)

Wiersma could be a hidden gem down in the state of South Carolina and watching him at the camp, he gave you those flashes of what he is capable of bringing. He is a 6’7 prospect who finds ways to impact various areas of the court. He has size, fluidity, and a great feel around the basket, whether it is finishing with touch or attacking the glass. But what makes him so difficult is what he can do putting the ball on the deck, creating for himself, showing great footwork and feel, and his knack for getting to the rim.  He looks extremely comfortable in various areas and levels, and he is an extremely tough matchup for opponents.
