Tennessee Impact was back with Phenom Hoops and we were excited to see what they were able to bring to the court. A few names we were familiar with but also a few new names to learn about, this is a program that brought recruitable prospects all throughout. One thing that we did notice was Tennessee Impact 2025 and 2026 have strong forwards that college coaches NEED to know about, as they can help programs in the future.

2026 Trey Thompson

Thompson is a player who should AUTOMATICALLY be on so many schools’ radar, and he showed that throughout this weekend. Maybe considered the best big at the event, Thompson showed everything in his arsenal with his game. He has a tremendous skillset overall with a great knowledge and feel for the game, excellent footwork, and such a strong feel around the basket. He is also excellent on the boards, playing with relentless energy and motor. However, what makes him so unique is his ability to stretch the floor with a TON of confidence, knocking down three after three after three with confidence. Thompson can hurt you in so many ways, and though he holds two offers right now, that list should immediately increase this summer and quickly.

2025 Devyn Martin

Martin was a new name on our platform, and he was consistent all throughout the weekend. He brings a 6’7 frame that allows him to be an effective option inside and out but does a great job playing within the offense. Martin is a strong, athletic forward who is capable of guarding multiple positions, competes at a high level, finishes well around the rim, and is an effective option in making plays off the bounce. He consistently showed his comfort level from an array of areas of the floor and was a strong presence down in the paint throughout the weekend.

2025 Cooper Williams

Williams is another forward who really played well throughout the event and showcased how effective he can be. He has a smooth feel to his game overall, showing tremendous activity, having a nice touch around the basket, and showing he can finish through contact or get to the line consistently. Williams brings a good frame that really excelled on the boards and was consistently finishing around the basket all throughout. He was part of a skilled tandem that was able to flourish every time on the floor, as he is another prospect that college coaches should look at.
