DB Elite 2025 is a program on the rise and continues to bring interesting talent to the court, as they walked away with a championship at the Phenom March Madness. This is a team that plays with heart, competes on both sides and brings a team mentality. We break down many of the players that we saw at the event, and DB Elite 2025 will be a team to watch throughout the summer.
2025 Kaden Drumgo
Drumgo was consistent and versatile all throughout the weekend. He was able to be a difference-maker from an array of positions, score and create inside and out, finish around the rim well, and showcase good defensive instincts. Throughout the event, he found ways to impact the game on both sides and from multiple positions.
2025 Malachi Tate
Tate was a creator throughout, as the guard was able to score within the offense, knocked down shots off the catch from the perimeter but also use his quickness to create off the dribble. Tate was strong as well defensively, defending the point of attack and being a strong on-ball defender. An effective option on both sides of the ball.
2025 Nikolas Brown
Brown did a great job in making plays and finding teammates. He created well off the bounce, was able to get paint touches consistently throughout the event, and simply was one who looked to create opportunities for his teammates.
2025 Donovan Daly
Daly was a high motor prospect who plays with good size at 6’6. He was one who brought good length to the table, made plays in a variety of ways, was a quality finisher, and played with energy.
2025 Christian Outlaw
Outlaw was another player that was able to make his presence felt all around the basket. He brings a 6’6 frame and length that allowed him to finish at the rim, be an effective balance inside with the guards, and create extra opportunities for his team.
2025 Kierre Baker
Baker has good size and consistently was able to make plays and an impact on both ends. He played hard, brought a good motor, and showed that he can be a capable scorer for his team. Finished well and took advantage of opportunities around him, but also played within the offense.
20225 Champ Lando
Lando is one that can open up the offense for DB Elite, and he showed that in the championship game. He gets to his spots well, is confident from behind the arc and can hit multiple threes, and can really bring a balance to this offense.
