Rodriguez is an electric 3 & D point guard who is a strong triple-threat scoring option and rock-solid floor general with a high IQ always looking to make the right play whether for himself or a teammate. Nate is a crafty facilitator with great court vision and nice athletic abilities that help him make some dazzling plays. Beautiful touch from downtown. Nice speed off the bounce and gets into the seams quickly where he can kill the defense as a scorer or a passer. He is going to draw a crowd and it naturally opens up others as the defense is forced to adjust to him. Nate has earned the respect of every team in the state with the evidence he knows he will draw the best defender every game at this point but it hasn’t slowed him down very much. Nate thrives on keeping the defense guessing. Based on the match-up Nate will attack the defense in different ways, based on what the team needs in certain defensive schemes and situations. Everyone knows he can be a prolific scorer but can punish a defense with his passing too. He uses that IQ to find ways to impact the game no matter what the other team does. Not focused on just being a scorer. And his leadership has been clear all season and is fueling this team well. Nate gets after it on the boards and plays outstanding defense in his own right. During the AAU session, Nate plays for Nash Prep. Nate’s best memory of the AAU session was getting to compete in the Pitt Jam Fest and getting the chance to showcase his skills in front of 100+ college coaches. Last year Nate averaged 12.5 points, 4 assists, 4.1 rebounds, and 1.4 steals per game. The biggest improvement in Nate’s game since last season has been getting stronger. Nate has lived in the weight room and has become much stronger and faster. Nate also worked hard on improving his shot-making and consistency. He lived in the gym every day with the goal of 500 makes, not just shots. Nate’s goal for this season is to lead his team to the state playoffs which hasn’t been done in 10 years. Nate is determined to be a huge part of this team breaking that streak. So far this season Nate is averaging 20 points, 5 assists, 4.3 rebounds, and 1.3 steals per game.
Isaiah Wilson

Wilson is a tenacious lockdown defender who is tough and gritty. With a fierce, relentless swagger Isaiah puts in that work. Offensively he is a physical downhill slasher who battles his way to the rim. His high nonstop motor is impressive on both ends but you certainly see ” That Dog ” in him defensively. Isaiah can drop nice dimes and is scrappy on the boards too. Don’t let the size fool you, Isaiah is a warrior with a ton of heart to match his skills. In the AAU session, Isaiah averaged 12 points, 8 assists, and 6 rebounds. Isaiah’s favorite accomplishment in the AAU session was hitting his first game-winning shot in the AAU session. His biggest improvement was decision-making. Being undersized you not only have to play better and harder than everyone else, you have to play smarter to stand out. So Isaiah spent time working hard on his IQ and athleticism to best accomplish just that. Isaiah’s goal for this season is plain and simple, do whatever it takes out there to get noticed by a coach and get to the next level. To play so hard and be so effective that just one coach would believe in him enough to take a chance on his talent. What separates Isaiah from other players is his giving 110 percent into everything he does on that court. With purpose and passion, Isaiah is determined no one will ever outwork him. His energy fuels others to turn up to another level. The key for Isaiah is that he can keep getting better and become the best version of himself he can be,Â
Romney Ani

Ani is a physical guard who loves getting downhill and finishing strong at the rim, even through contact. He is fierce getting into the seams to get shots for himself or drawing the defense and creating open shots for his teammates. Romney is also an efficient catch-and-shoot stud when needed. Lethal from downtown. Can drop a nice thread the needle dime and fuel the fast break transition game well. The best part is Romney is a scrappy lockdown defender. Romney’s biggest accomplishment was winning the National Cup Finals Championship where he was runner-up for the MVP with 15 points and 3 blocks. The biggest improvement from last season is his ability to effectively lead his team and control tempo and micro-manage the entire offensive flow. Also improved his three-point shooting range. Romney’s goal for this season is to lead his team back to the National Finals and repeat as champions. So far this season Romney is averaging 17.6 points, 6 assists, 3 rebounds, and 2 steals per game.  What coaches should know is that what sets Romney apart is his strength, athleticism, and his defense despite his size. His willingness to continue to develop and learn is huge. Always willing to go the extra mile and sacrifice for the good of the team. Romney with extreme confidence knows he has the skill and experience to excel at either of these levels and isn’t really interested in anything less and plans to keep pushing until he reaches his goal.Â
Cameron Singleton

Singleton is a lethal knockdown shooter and elite defender. Even with defenders flying at him, he is a cold-blooded sniper. Would describe Cameron as an every down back, reliable and steady going all out every time. Just plug him into the position you want and he will consistently deliver. This stud goes 110 percent every second he is on the floor. He loves to even mix it up inside among the bigs gobbling up boards and getting strong putbacks off the offensive glass. Despite his efficient high-level scoring ability, Cameron takes great pride in his defense. Seems to be in the right position for steals with incredible timing reading the passing lanes like he was literally in their huddle. Add that to being a beast on the boards and you have a coach’s dream player. In the AAU session, Cameron played for Ballers Nation where he averaged 23.5 points, 11 rebounds, 5 assists, and 2 steals. Cameron’s favorite accompaniment in AAU was playing in the nation’s capital in Washington DC a few years back and getting 3rd place with only 5 players for the entire tournament. That established that he could compete on the highest level and belonged on the big stage with the best and was picked up by a team out of Indiana where he played against Kingston, the Boozer Twins, and Melo at the LeBron James Classic. Cameron’s biggest improvement from last season was his defense and his role in the team’s defensive flow. Cameron clearly understands despite the fact he can score on all three levels, defense wins games, and being a lockdown defender can open the door of opportunity for a D1 spot. Cameron’s goal entering the season was to help his team win and get on the coach’s radar while doing so. So far this season Cameron is averaging 21 points, 9 rebounds, and 8 assists. What coaches should know is Cameron brings an intense work ethic knowing on the next level he has to start from the bottom and earn his way on the new stage. Cameron is ready to prove yet again he belongs and can excel no matter the level. He is relentless and hungry, he believes if coaches see him play, they will believe in him too. He wants a great system where his playstyle and his skillset can really shine. Coming from a football-first town, Cameron knows he has to work harder than most to get a coach to consider there might be a real baller in Tyler and that all he longs for is one coach to come, see, and believe what they see. Cameron has always earned his way with hard work and dedication and doesn’t expect anything less from now till then and believes the grind never stops. Cameron has trained with some of the best in the DFW area who will vouch for what he proved to them already. With the hunger and passion to prove to the coach and program that takes their chance on him, they won’t be disappointed. And his willingness to outwork anyone is what separates him from the rest, Nothing given but everything earned.Â
