2025 Nikolas Khamenia (Harvard-Westlake): The 2025 prospect was tough all game long on his way to scoring 21 points and racking up eight rebounds in the battle. He really showcased his competitive nature and energy, as well as knocking down tough shots, always looking to make plays, battling in the paint, and being able to create for himself. Really opened more eyes of his versatility on the floor.
2024 Ace Bailey (McEachern): How can you not enjoy watching what Bailey does on the court. A prospect at his size and with his skill set, it is easy to see why there is a discussion about him being the top player in the class. He was terrific in his ability to knock down shots, create and get to his spots, finish with ease over defenders, showcase his perimeter game and handles, along with his athleticism in a variety of ways. Impressive once again.
2025 Cameron Boozer (Columbus): It wasn’t the best offensive day for Boozer, but you can’t deny what he was able to show on the court and his impact. Offensively, you simply just don’t see too many bigs with his fluidity and skillset, his comfort from outside as well as putting on the deck, and his willingness to impose is will down in the paint. He continues to be an excellent rebounder, blocked multiple shots, and was assertive on both ends of the court.
2026 Jordan Smith Jr. (Paul IV): I really liked what I saw from Smith on Monday, finishing 7-for-10 from the floor with 17 points. Smith was able to get to his spots on the court to knock down shots, doing much of his work inside the arc but also is a strong/athletic guard that can finish with the best of them at the rim. Really liked his overall energy and willingness to compete. He holds several offers and should be coveted by several programs down the road.
2025 Kayden Mingo (Luhi): We continue to watch his games this year and be impressed with his overall ability and impact. He consistently is a scoring presence on the court, as he shows confidence in hitting from all levels. Was able to go 4-fo-6 from behind the arc on Monday, but also created well and made strong plays, and was active on the defensive end as well with four steals.
2025 Cameron Miles (AZ Compass): Miles has continued to grow and elevate his game, and though there were areas where he could limit some turnovers, one can’t deny his overall impact on the court. Miles can play off the ball and knock down shots just as well as create off the bounce and get by defenders to score. He shows the ability to be a scorer and playmaker, and has a smooth feel to his game. Has developed since first watching him back in 2022.
2025 Darius Acuff (IMG): I’m a big fan of Acuff and one can easily see why he is one of the top players in his class. The point guard can do a little bit of everything and has shown that consistently over time. I like his ability to create for himself and his ultimate confidence in being able to make plays and shots from multiple levels. He is a strong driver and finisher, as well as a fluid release on his jumper. I also liked his ability to be that playmaker for others, finding teammates well.
2025 Jasper Johnson (Link): You could have Jasper or 2024 Tre Johnson on here, as both are terrific and electric scoring threats. Johnson finished with 14 points to help lead the charge, as he consistently was able to get to his spots, be a big threat from outside with his size/length, and just understands how to be an effective scoring option on the court that has shown in the past to put up big numbers.
