Phenom Hoops is a platform that looks to give players an opportunity to achieve their dreams and recognize talent around the region. Which is why I’m here today to bring you two players that should be garnering more attention, and that can help programs down the road.
The Southern Guilford duo of 2024 6’5 Jamias Ferere and 2024 6’5 Jucqarie Love are two players that have proven themselves time after time to be key pieces on the court and ones that can be steals for programs.
First of all, both present tremendous size at their position, and both have proven that they can produce. Love is an intriguing 6’5 prospect who brings athleticism and a scoring presence to the court, creating for himself well, getting to the basket well, and also making plays on both ends of the court. Ferere is another 6’5 prospect who has tremendous positional size, excels in getting downhill and finishing at the rim, and helps on the boards as well as makes plays in a variety of other ways.
Both have PROVEN that they can play at the next level, and college programs should be all over Southern Guilford, as this is a talented program that has a chance to make some real noise once again. After going 24-6 last year, this is a team (led by this terrific duo) that has the talent to make a run at a title, as well as showcase more of their talent.
