Schools should be all over this young man with how difficult of a matchup he can be; his smooth feel and skill set, his footwork inside and touch, and how big-time he can be in stretching the court with his terrific form and shot-making ability. Even after a big season last year, he could be in for an even bigger one this year which is saying something.”

But there is still plenty of time and do believe that it will be coming sooner rather than later. But the 6’8 prospect is a complete x-factor on the court, and the way he can be used at the next level should excite college coaches. Birmingham knows how to take advantage of the mismatch; his ability to stretch the floor and consistently hit shots from outside against bigs is impressive, but he also has the skill set to put it on the deck and get to the basket against smaller defenders. Birmingham shoots the ball at an extremely high percentage from anywhere within thirty feet, but can also finish, hit pull-ups, or attack off the bounce. It’s easy to see why college coaches have already started laying groundwork.”
