2024 6’3 Gianni Vines (West Cabarrus): Vines has seen his stock rise over the last year or so, starting last year more as a junior at West Cabarrus and continuing his strong play this summer.  Vines is a long, lengthy 6’3 prospect that understands how to use that size to his advantage at his position. He attacks well, creates his own shot, and can either get to the basket or rise up over defenders.  He continues to be tough with his combination of athleticism and length.

2024 6’5 Izaiah Littlejohn (Hickory): We head out west more for our other player to not overlook, as 2024 6’5 Izaiah Littlejohn left a lasting impression this summer on us.  From what we saw, Littlejohn was able to make a strong presence on both ends of the floor.  He plays hard, competes on both ends, finishes at the rim, and brings a lot of energy to the defensive end.  Littlejohn certainly could be a sneaky player to look out for as he heads into his senior year.

2024 Tyler Whitehurst (Farmville Central): Whitehurst was one that we wrote about not long ago, and we continue to be excited about what he will be able to do at his new school.  Whitehurst has a quick trigger and can fill it up very well with his shot-making, his range, and his ability to use his speed to his advantage.  The 1,000-point scorer will look to be on a bigger stage at Farmville Central, but he certainly has the talent to leave a lasting impression.

2024 Salah Sutton (Hoke County): Sutton has had a strong summer and continues to showcase how effective of a player he can be in his role. Sutton is one that has shown a strong ability to break down defenders and get to where he needs off the dribble, while also getting to his spots to knock down shots. He is a valuable piece on the court that can step up for his team when needed, as well as being able to stretch the court with his three-point shooting. Overall, he just brings production to the table and should be in for a strong senior season.

2024 Bryson Heath (East Meck): Heath is one that I believe goes a bit under the radar but produces in a big way. Heath is a player that knows and understands how to produce in a big way. Heath is quick and tough, excelling really well in creating off the dribble, getting inside the defense and into the paint, and finding ways to get by defenders well. His quickness can also be used to get out in transition, get to his spots, and knock down shots or find teammates well. Heath has been a consistent presence on the floor, and should be one to look at a few more times.
