Well, well, well… we have more news coming to North Carolina but also a familiar face, as 2024 Tybo Bailey will be returning to North Carolina, and it was announced that he would be transferring to Winston-Salem Christian.

The 6’3, 4-star prospect was once at La Lumiere, but it was recently announced that Coach Antonio Lowe and Winston Salem Christian would be his next destination.  After the loss of a key piece in 2024 Kany Tchanda, Bailey certainly brings back firepower for a team that is already loaded with an array of talent.

We spoke with Coach Lowe shortly after about the addition of Bailey. Here is what he had to say:

“Tybo brings a lot of experience to an already talented backcourt.  He gives us added depth and another strong guard that has played and been successful at the highest level of high school basketball.”

Coach Lowe isn’t kidding about what Bailey brings to his backcourt; already having players like 2025 Jordan Lowery, 2024 Isaiah Washington, and others, Bailey gives this team another strong weapon and option on the floor.  Bailey has shown countless times before his ability to create and be a strong scoring option, allowing this team to mix it up in a variety of ways and bring multiple options to the court.

Bailey should be a tremendous addition to Winston Salem Christian, as he looks to join an already-loaded team looking for a championship.
