6’7 ’25 Jackson Fannon (Carolina Riptide)

It was easy to be impressed with the Carolina Riptide as a group, but Fannon definitely deserves acknowledgement for his individual play. At 6-foot-7, he’s a phenomenal shooting threat from beyond the arc. Fannon is capable of playing around the basket, making the extra pass, and rebounding the ball on both ends of the floor. He has clear upside as a defender and post scorer.

6’3 ’26 Gavin Palmore (NC Spartans Brown)

Although there were numerous standouts in this contest, Palmore stood out with his versatile identity on both ends of the floor. He’s a strong, physical wing/forward prospect with great size, toughness, and the ability to operate in various different roles. Palmore handles the ball and gets downhill with relative ease, where he’s able to play through contact or above the rim. He rebounds bigger than his listed height and defends various types opponents effectively. Palmore has plenty of long-term potential, but already possesses the tools to be a strong contributor during the upcoming high school season.

6’4 ’26 Carter Bullock (Team Jumpstart)

Between his production and long-term appeal, there’s so much to like with a prospect like Bullock. He’s already an excellent shooter with IQ, size, and a well-rounded skillset, but it was easy to be impressed with the way he dictated the offense as the primary creator. Bullock also made a consistent impact as a defender and rebounder. He’s quite advanced for his current age, yet seems highly likely to continue trending upward over the coming years.

6’4 ’23 Ethan Montague (Carolina Kings)

There were multiple notable unsigned seniors on display, but Montague was arguably as impressive as any of them. He’s a long, athletic, fairly well-rounded guard prospect who excels getting downhill, generating clean looks, and apply scoring pressure from all levels. Montague handles the ball well and creates for others, but knows how to take over and control the action when needed. He would be a terrific late addition for a variety of programs.
