2023 Jaydin Spillman-Martin (NC Rise Hudnall): What a show the young man put on, as the 6’10 skilled forward went off for 33 points and scored when he wanted and how he wanted. Martin can be such a matchup nightmare with how he can handle, create, rebound, score from inside and out, and just his overall versatility. Put on a show on Day 1 today.

2024 Jayden Pretty (Carolina Pressure): Going up against some good size and athleticism, Pretty took on the challenge and performed well. At his size, he does a great job in carving out space and using his body to bully through defenders to score. He continues to be an effective weapon, plays hard, embraces contact, and is a tough finisher.

2024 Jason Asemota (Run the Citi): It had been a while since seeing the Baylor commit, but he quickly reminded me why he is such a highly-ranked prospect. His size, his skillset, his ability to operate from all levels, shot creator, athleticism… it is all there and there isn’t much defenders can do to slow him down. Think he will be a great piece in the coming years at Baylor.

2024 Caden Caskey (ACE SD Elite): We wrote about him last week and he deserves the attention once again, as Caskey continues to perform at a high level and fill it up. Think it really is a breakout-type summer for this young man, as he shoots the ball with a ton of confidence, creates strong off-the-bounce, makes high IQ decisions, and simply knows how to be effective on the court.

2024 Camden Edmonds (NC Spartans): Edmonds filled it up but that is something he has been doing all summer long! Coming up big in an overtime victory and scoring 29 points, Edmonds continues to showcase his ability to be a prolific scorer, a leader, and a reliable offensive weapon. But in talking with him more, he looks to show that he can be much more than that.

2025 Ty Glasper (NLPB Team Select): We wrote about Glasper a while back, so it was good to see an updated viewing. We know that the point guard is one of the top guards in his class for Tennessee, and he showed why. Strong frame, strong creator, gets downhill and into the paint, finishes well, and simply knows how to put the ball in the basket. Great showing on Day 1 and can’t wait to watch him more throughout the weekend.
