2024 Molly Burns (Ardrey Kell): Burns has been a guard that we have talked about before and she continues to show that she can help a program at the next level. She is a high IQ point guard that reads the floor, brings tremendous leadership and energy to the court, and has confidence in her shot-making ability from outside.

2025 Mary Church (East Rowan): Church looks to be the leader for this group and now back on the court, we are looking for her to remind everyone about her game and impact. She takes quality shots, can knock down from the perimeter or create off the dribble, and she is an ultimate team-player on the court. Really liked her overall feel for the game at the event.

2026 Kelsey Rhyne (Lake Norman): Talk about a deadly weapon, Rhyne can simply LIGHT IT UP from deep and should be considered one of the top shooters in her class around the state. Every time she can make opponents pay, she does with her range and confident shot-making behind the arc. Most of the time, you are more surprised when she misses than when she makes it.

2025 Chayla McDaniel (Myers Park): It isn’t always about what you do scoring wise; it can also be your overall impact on other ways and time after time, McDaniel was one that made an impression with relentless motor, her ability to put her body on the line, and simply make winning plays. She does the dirty work and plays so hard on every play, as McDaniel is a VALUABLE role player that understands how she can impact the game in other ways.

2025 Spoorhi Saranu (Cox Mill): A new name to the Lady Phenom platform, Saranu is one that should make a bigger name for herself this year. After seeing a bit of action last year, Saranu really opened up more eyes with her ability to create, being strong with her handles, and the ability to knock down shots. Her vision and ability to deliver impressive passes also stood out on several occasions as well.
